ImmoS Clean & Care GmbH joins PHM Group
PHM Deutschland GmbH has acquired the share capital of ImmoS Clean & Care GmbH, based in Mannheim, Germany. Joining PHM Group opens up various expansion opportunities in the new geographical area of Germany.
ImmoS Clean & Care GmbH is a property services company with a broad service portfolio including property maintenance, indoor and outdoor cleaning, gardening and winter services. Its customer base ranges from residential properties and institutional housing companies to properties in retail, chemical manufacturing and research. Mannheim with the surrounding Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region is currently PHM’s southernmost location in Germany.
The company was founded in 2012 by Corina Crisan and René Blawidt. Based on the strong service mentality the company is well known for its service quality offering its employees a warm and collegial working environment. Both former owners will stay in the company and continue leading the 78 employees as Managing Directors.
