JS Fastighetsservice strengthens PHM Group’s position in the Ostrobothnia region
PHM Finland Oy has acquired the share capital of JS Fastighetsservice Ab Oy. The acquisition is in line with PHM Group's strategy and strengthens PHM's position and service offering in the Ostrobothnia region in Pietarsaari, Finland.
JS Fastighetsservice, founded in 2005 by Jari Koivukangas and Stefan Gäddnäs, provides a wide range of property services, such as property maintenance, building services, outdoor maintenance, cleaning and renovation services for residential and commercial properties.
“We want to further develop our operations and to ensure this we are now joining a larger entity. This will give us more operational security and we will be able to serve our customers with a more comprehensive range of property services,” says Stefan Gäddnäs, the founder and entrepreneur of JS Fastighetsservice.
The company currently employs 40 people, and the need to develop the skills and expertise of the personnel is constantly growing as the property services sector develops and becomes more technical.
