Kiinteistöpalvelut Laine & Nummisto joins PHM Group
PHM Finland Oy has acquired the share capital of Kiinteistöpalvelut Laine & Nummisto Oy. Kiinteistöpalvelut Laine & Nummisto will operate as part of PHM Group, continuing the operations under its familiar name and corporate identity.
Kiinteistöpalvelut Laine & Nummisto is a property services company established in 2007, providing property maintenance and cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in the Turku financial district and the surrounding area in Finland. In addition, the company provides HVAC services and small-scale renovation and repair services to its contract customers.
The company’s entrepreneurs Tomi and Jaana Nummisto will continue in their current roles, responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations as part of PHM Group.
“Our goal has always been to build long-lasting customer relationships and find cost-effective solutions for both sides. We are still a local and familiar player to our customers, but the acquisition and the support and network that PHM Group will enable us to develop our business and strengthen our operational reliability,” says Tomi Nummisto, Managing Director of Kiinteistöpalvelut Laine & Nummisto Oy.
