Kotipolun Pihaportti joins PHM Group
PHM Finland Oy has acquired the share capital of Kotipolun Pihaportti Oy. Kotipolun Pihaportti will continue to operate as part of the PHM Group under its familiar name and corporate identity.
Kotipolun Pihaportti is a property maintenance company established in 2007, which provides property maintenance and cleaning services in the Loimaa area, as well as plumbing services, glass services and carpet services. The entrepreneurs Olli-Pekka Rastas, Yrjö Tuominen and Santeri Sinkkonen will continue in their current roles.
“Our goal has always been to serve our customers in the best possible way. We are still a local player to our customers, but the acquisition will enable us to develop our business and strengthen our operational reliability,” says Olli-Pekka Rastas, CEO of Kotipolun Pihaportti Oy.
