PHM Group acquires BJØRNSHOLM in Denmark. Focused on quality and excellence, the company is a recognised player in the local property services market. The acquisition of BJØRNSHOLM is an important step of the Group's growth strategy to develop and strengthen its business in Denmark.
BJØRNSHOLM specialises in property services for private investors and associations and has strong expertise in maintenance and building consultancy. With this expertise, BJØRNSHOLM brings valuable experience and insight that will complement PHM’s existing services and business activities in Denmark. BJØRNSHOLM’s specific contribution, combined with PHM Group’s extensive expertise, will leverage synergies between the companies and create even better solutions for customers.
