PHM Group expands to the geographical center of Germany
PHM Deutschland GmbH has acquired Schöne Gebäude-Reinigung GmbH and Schöne & Co. Tech GmbH (“SCHÖNE”), both based in Kassel. The acquisition is in line with PHM Group’s strategy and the new PHM Partner has the potential to become a hub for its region in the near future.
With the acquisition of SCHÖNE, PHM Group is expanding its presence in a southerly direction. The company, founded by Frank Schöne over 30 years ago, has established itself as high quality provider in Kassel and its surroundings. In addition to the main service portfolio of cleaning and maintenance, provided by Schöne Gebäude-Reinigung GmbH, Schöne & Co. Tech GmbH provides electrical engineering and related activities.
Founder Frank Schöne, who is still far from retirement age, decided to find an early solution for succession, but will remain Managing Director. “I am looking forward to continuing our growth path. With PHM, we now have a strong partner at our side who will open up completely new perspectives for us,” says Frank Schöne.
