PHM Group set to expand to the UK
PHM Group is set to acquire Trust Property Management Group, which operates in the London metropolitan area, expanding its operations to the UK. The acquisition is part of PHM Group's continued international growth.
PHM Group has signed an agreement to acquire Trust Property Management Group, which operates in Greater London. The acquisition includes the Group’s subsidiaries Trust Property Management, Fresh Property Management, Nightingale Chancellors, Dexter Brown, and Skylon Chartered Surveyors.
The Trust Group companies specialise in the management of residential properties and other expert services in the field of property management. Over the years, the company has successfully built up a client portfolio consisting of high-value properties. As part of PHM Group, Trust’s business will continue as before.
Strong growth in Europe continues
In 2022, PHM Group took its first steps outside the Nordic countries by expanding its operations to Germany. In June 2024, the company expanded into the Swiss market.

The transaction is expected to be completed by July 2025. The acquisition is contingent on the approval of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
