PHM strengthens its position in the Porvoo area
PHM Group has acquired the share capital of OMA Huolto Kiinteistöpalvelu Oy. OMA Huolto Kiinteistöpalvelu will continue to operate as part of PHM Group and will continue to operate under its familiar name and corporate identity.
OMA Huolto Kiinteistöpalvelu Oy is a local property maintenance company operating in the Porvoo area, providing property maintenance services for residential and commercial properties and serving customers in all property-related tasks.
OMA Huolto Kiinteistöpalvelu Oy entrepreneur Sebastian Lind will continue in his current role, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company.
“Our goal has always been to provide housing and property maintenance services close to our customers, and we will continue to do so. The acquisition will enable us to develop our operations and operational reliability, as well as provide us with the necessary support in the form of more equipment and other resources,” says Sebastian Lind.
