Resolutions taken by PHM Group Holding Oyj’s Extraordinary General Meeting relating to the Sustainability Auditor
PHM GROUP HOLDING OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE ON 9 AUGUST 2024 AT 15.00 (EEST)
PHM Group Holding Oyj’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders has today resolved to appoint sustainability audit firm BDO Oy as sustainability auditor of the Company’s sustainability reporting. BDO Oy has notified the company that Laura Castrén, APA and ASA, will act as the authorized sustainability auditor.
It was resolved that sustainability auditor is paid a remuneration according to an invoice approved by the Company.
Audit firm KPMG Oy will continue as PHM Group Holding Oyj’s auditor in accordance with the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2024.
