Two new companies strengthen PHM’s position in southern Germany
GE Service Dienstleistungen GmbH and GeMoBau GmbH are now part of PHM Group. The acquisition will significantly strengthen the market position of PHM in the Munich metropolitan area in southern Germany.
The local companies have joined forces to become a key provider of property services in the Munich area. The Wasserburg-based companies’ clients are housing companies as well as private and public property owners. Both companies are headed by their founder and CEO Christian Platzer.

Property owners and property managers in Wasserburg and the surrounding area already benefit from the close cooperation between the two companies, as their service offerings complement each other. GE Service Dienstleistungen offers its customers comprehensive property maintenance and cleaning services. GeMoBau, which is led by Christian Platzer together with his co-CEO Michael Grundei, offers a wide range of construction services.
